Our Photography Preparation service ensures your property looks its very best before the photographer arrives, resulting in beautiful listing photography that captures buyers’ attention.
The service includes an online review meeting of the consultation action plan to ensure suggested opportunities have been implemented to enhance the property appeal, with further advice if needed.
We then bring in carefully selected accessories, artwork, soft furnishings and lighting finishing touches that complement your home, and style each room ready for photography considering angles, light, proportion and clean sightlines to create images that are scroll-stopping in a crowded market.
Please note that for our styling service to achieve the best results, the property should be clean, tidy and free of clutter before we arrive. This service is therefore available as an add-on to our Owner Occupied Consultation service.
