Pricing

Transparent pricing for professional home staging.

Staging your home for sale is one of the most powerful marketing strategies. Research consistently shows high returns on investment, reduced time on the market, faster sales and often at a higher value.

Your staging investment can save you money by avoiding the price reductions so many unstaged properties face after sitting on the market for too long. Here's everything you need to know about what affects the price and what to expect to pay.

What Affects the Cost of Staging?

Every property is different, and staging is a bespoke service. These are the four main factors that determine the final investment.

Size of Property

Whether staging key rooms only or a full property, the scope directly affects the furniture, accessories and time required.

Staging Type

From a staging consultation to full vacant property staging, each service has a different scope and a different price point.

Duration of Hire

Full staging packages include a minimum 8-week furniture hire period. Extensions beyond this are available at a reduced rate.

Location

Our core area is Dorset, but we work further afield. Travel and logistics to your property may affect the final price.

Is Staging Worth the Cost?

A common question — and the answer is emphatically yes.

  • Staged properties sell up to three times faster than empty or unstaged equivalents
  • Staged homes consistently achieve higher sale prices, often significantly above unstaged comparables
  • Professional staging transforms photography, driving more online views and click-throughs
  • Sellers of staged properties are far less likely to face price reductions
  • Staging helps buyers connect emotionally with a property, generating more viewings and more offers

The Cost of Not Staging

If a £450,000 property sits on the market and pressure builds to reduce the price, even a modest 7% reduction means losing £30,000–£40,000 to get the sale over the line.

A full staging package for the same property costs around £4,500 — and a well-staged property is far more likely to achieve the full asking price, removing the need for a reduction altogether. That's a potential saving of £25,000 or more, plus a faster sale, lower holding costs, and considerably less stress.

Staging isn't a cost. It's protection against a much bigger one.
